Sthiram Services LLP (“Sthiram”, “we”) operates this website. We are the controller of personal data submitted through it. Contact: ganesh@sthiramservices.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact or meeting-request forms we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, role, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your areas of interest, preferred meeting times and your message.
We also record which page the form was sent from and, if present, campaign parameters in the link you used (for example, a QR code from an event).
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange meetings you request. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS). The website is hosted on AWS Amplify. Questions sent to the Ask AI assistant are processed by Anthropic. These providers process data on our behalf under their data processing terms.
Ask AI assistant
If you use the Ask AI assistant, the questions you type and the conversation so far are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model that writes the answers. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its commercial terms.
We do not store assistant conversations on our servers. Your browser keeps the conversation for the current tab so it survives moving between pages, and it is cleared when you start a new conversation or close the tab.
Please do not share personal, health or payment information with the assistant. Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; our team confirms any details before you rely on them.
International transfers
Our team is based in India and the USA. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data will be transferred outside it. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless a business relationship follows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email ganesh@sthiramservices.com.
